Originally from northern Virginia, Virginia brings a thoughtful, team-first approach to her role as General Manager of Cheeky. With a background in Classics and Philosophy and a lifelong fascination with restaurants, she is passionate about building collaborative teams and creating the support that allows genuine hospitality to shine.

Gabriel Lindsey
Raised on Amelia Island and sharpened in Michelin-starred kitchens in New York City, Gabriel brings discipline, curiosity, and a distinctly coastal perspective to Cheeky. His cooking pairs thoughtful technique with exceptional seafood and peak-season ingredients, while his people-first leadership builds a kitchen culture rooted in mentorship, respect, and shared purpose.
